I. THE INTRO PROCESS (Picking the right package for you)
After you inquire about possibly booking your wedding day with me, I will immediately send you this welcome packet to give you everything you need to know in one place. I
Next I will schedule a 10 minute intro call to see which of these packages would work best with your plan and budget and get to know you a little bit!
Shortly after our call, I will send a personalized quote to you to include the best packages for your needs and all of their details. (My base packages are simply that. A base. We can build off of them to fit what you are looking for.)
II. THE BOOKING PROCESS
Once you accept the quote, I will create your session and send you a link to finish the booking process. When you click the link it will ask you to confirm the date and time, you’ll provide me with as much info as you can on your wedding questionnaire, it’ll take you through my contract to sign & lastly it will prompt you to pay your deposit.
III. PREPARATION
Once you’re booked it’s simple! I will be in contact with you up until your big day. I have 3 questionnaires I will be sending out in the months leading up to your wedding date. I send them sporadically so you don’t feel overwhelmed. It’s a lot of info right up front! Two weeks before I will be confirming the schedule and making sure everything is all set and ready to go. We can do this by phone or meeting for coffee! (Personally I enjoy coffee ;) )
IV. GAME TIME
On your wedding day I will be showing up early to scout the area and make contact with everyone I will be working with that day. I will need a safe space to set up my equipment and the rest depends on your requested wedding package.
V. GALLERY DELIVERY
My goal is to deliver your gallery with the best edits possible in a very timely manner. You can expect to see your gallery within 3- 4 weeks of our shoot at the most. If it happens to take longer I will always communicate that with you. I send sneak peeks within 1-2 days. I use pixieset as my Gallery delivery platform which means you will be receiving your gallery through a link I send via email. From there you can download, share and even order straight from my website.
VI. AFTER DELIVERY
I will always follow up with my clients shortly after the entire process is done to make sure everything works and everyone is thrilled with my services. I will send a quick survey for you to fill out and will include a link to review my business. Reviews and Shout outs are what make my business, so they are VERY appreciated.
